Times: Check out time is 11am. Check in time is after 3pm.

Pet fee of $10/night or $150/month. Up to 2 pets, no aggressive breeds. No Smoking. Standard Resort Rules and Regulations apply. Caliente Springs- 1 occupant has to be 55 or better, all occupants above 45. Maximum of 4 occupants per unit. Missing items will be charged to the credit card on file.
